In response to our survey question “What programs would support you to better manage your new work-home life?”

We received responses from 637 employees in 133 organisations (average of 74% response rate). This resulted in 5392 responses in total, revealing the Top 10 Programs requested by working parents.

Program delivery and cost

Webinars run for 60 minutes and can be delivered as stand-alone sessions or as a series of 2, 3 or 4 webinars. The interactive style invites parents to share their challenges and ask questions. Organisations can schedule webinars to be delivered weekly, or alternatively two run webinars per week to provide employees with support sooner.

Flexible delivery allows employees to access the program at a time that suits them by either attending the live webinar or accessing the replay. The process is streamlined and working parents only register once to have access to the entire series. Webinar replays and downloadable resources will be available for 4 weeks.
